Considering I am not that tech savvy, once I heard that I could easily post audio of my listings to my website with a few clicks of the mouse, he had my attention. As someone who is constantly in search of being ahead of my competitors I quickly came to realize this was one of the methods that could help propel me to continue to stay at top of mind amongst the general public. I now have a site that not only shows pictures but the consumer is able to hear professionally voiced audio to describe my listings. When I discovered that I could have audios about my listings on my website I got very excited. That is until I actually got into it. First I had to purchase a good microphone and audio software, install it on my computer, and then learn how to use it. Then I bought another program that puts music fades at the front and the back of the audios, so far... so good. Creating and recording scripts that were long enough to create interest in the property yet short enough to fit in the space allowed was the next part of my learning curve and extremely frustrating. The worst part was the time I was spending. I would work hours to get it right, in the beginning; it actually took me days to get an audio done to my satisfaction. What initially seemed like a great idea and became a very BAD IDEA because of all the time I was spending doing this was interfering with the time I should have spent talking with people about buying and selling real estate. That was an excellent strategy to stop making income but I just didn't have anyone else in mind to hand the job off to.

Like they say, when the student is ready... I got the call from Barry Baptist (Get A Grip Audio Solutions) and when he proposed to do all the work I had been doing, for the price that they charge to do it, I signed on immediately. They take the listing information directly from the website and create a script. They send the script back for proofing where I can make changes if necessary. Upon script approval they produce the audio and send it back in the email so I can upload it to my web site. I went from spending numerous aggravating hours of my time per listing to just a few minutes, and the audio quality is immensely superior to my best efforts. Saving me all the time was very good, and the ease of using Get A Grip Audio Solutions was outstanding but that is still not the "Best Part" of my story.

 I refuse wasting marketing dollars so when I try something I test it for efficiency before I continue using it. As a result of asking the right questions I know I have won (3) listings so far that I may not have gotten if I hadn't used the audio component on my web site. I learned that people cruise numerous REALTORS sites observing how they present listings for sale. They do their homework to help them decided who they should list with even before they pick up the phone. I have had people decide to use me to help them sell even before they spoke with me the first time, because of the impact that my listings had on them when compared to other agents in my marketing area.

 My initial purpose for using audio was to win listings, but know that we are in hard times... I now use audio for leverage to get higher than normal commissions which I pay directly to the selling agents. This strategy has allowed me to get fast sales while competing listings just sit. Get A Grip Audio Solutions is the best win-win tool that I have found to use in conjunction with my web site so far, and I recommend that any company to all realtors as the best source for your next increase in income!
